Decadent Vegan Chocolate Cake (One-Bowl Wonder)

For a long time, I was a skeptic. A complete and utter cynic when it came to vegan baking. My brain was hard-wired to believe that a cake needed eggs and butter to be truly moist, tender, and, you know, actually good .
